10.4 Cap on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Insights Hub regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
